Delivery Policy

UK - We aim to action your order on the same day (Weekends excepted). All purchases, unless specifically stated (larger items) are sent by Royal Mail; 1st class is normally delivered within 1-2 working days, 2nd class within 3-5 working days.

International orders are only sent by Airmail and generally delivered in under 10 working days.

Back Orders

If your item is not currently available from stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Returns Policy

At Arbentin Books we want you to be completely happy with every book you buy from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return a book. That's why, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received it.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the book to us unless the item is damaged or defective.

Arbentin Books does not disclose information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. This is to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
